What if I still have questions?
Can you deliver same day? All orders in Egypt that are accepted before 12.01 pm could be sent within the same day. Later orders will be sent during the next business day or according to the customer instructions. International Deliveries – allow 24-48 hours to deliver according to country.
Can I specify a time for delivery? Can I request a special delivery time? Although specific delivery times can not be guaranteed , but we will do our best to honor any special requests you have noted in the "Special Instructions" box located on the order form.
Can I include a message? Yes, all orders include a personal message card. This can be entered at the end of the checkout. Please remember to include your own name on the message as this will not be automatically included.
Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed? If your order has not been released to the supplier we would be more than happy to make any changes or cancel the order. Changes cannot be made the day of shipping or delivery. During floral holidays we need to receive all changes or cancellations at least five business days prior to the delivery date.
Can I customize my order? Yes, you can send us the required details and image and we'll offer you.
Will I get an order confirmation? If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation soon after you place your order. Also, you'll receive a 'Delivery Confirmation E-mail" after delivering the order.
Can I receive a Delivery Confirmation by SMS? Yes, we can send you a "Delivery Confirmation SMS" if you give us a valid Mobile Number and mention that in the "Special Instructions" field.
I placed my order and did not receive an email confirmation. What happened? If you did not receive an email confirmation it is possible that the email address may have been entered incorrectly. It is also possible that the email bounced back because of a full mailbox or it entered a bulk folder or spam guard folder.
What if I am sending something to an employee or a guest at a hotel? Please clearly state this in the order form. If the recipient is a guest, make sure you tell us if the room is registered under someone else's name and please provide a room number if known . If an employee; please provide his or her title or department and what hours he or she works.
Can I send flowers anonymously? We prefer that all orders have a signature on the personalized message, although it is ultimately your decision.
How far in advance can I place my order? You can place your order up to 90 days in advance from the intended delivery date.
Will my flowers look exactly like the picture I have chosen? The photographs are designed to give a general guide for colors, styles, designs and occasions. We endeavor at all times to create designs as close as possible to your selection. Blooms may vary according to seasonal availability or when they do not meet our quality standards. Substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fill your requirements. Part of the pleasure of flowers is their seasonal nature.
Can I order by phone as well ? Yes, You can call us giving the order details.
Do you deliver worldwide ? Yes. we deliver worldwide using premium worldwide delivery services.
What happens if the receiver is not at home on the time of the delivery ? Our delivery person will leave the order with a neighbor/porter/security person and leave a note on the receiver's door. If you are not sure where and when the receiver will be, add a comment and supply the receiver's phone number/mobile number in the order process, and we will contact the receiver prior to delivery.
Do all the flowers in the bouquet are available at all time ? No. Some flowers are seasonal so we replace them with other flowers that match in colors. If you want to make sure that your favorite flower is currently in stock, call us, or add a comment in the order process and we will call you if needed.
What are the store's business hours ? You can place an order through this site 24/7.
